We accept the following forms of payment: Online payment (Through Qpay) & Cash on delivery. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments shall be in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for delivery as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been dispatched for delivery, you will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee before credit is issued. Which is the payment processing fee charged by bank.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been dispatched for delivery, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with additional fee if applicable.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on mepstores.com will be delivered to address within Qatar. We do not support deliveries out of the state of Qatar.
mepstores.com does everything in its power to respect the delivery times within 3 business days from the order confirmation date. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party delivery agency, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place. MEP Stores will not be responsible for any of the financial consequences incurred to the customer because of any delays in delivery.
Delivery Fee
Delivery charges are completely free of charge when it is collected from our designated collection point (Refer to checkout page). However, customers have to pay additional delivery charges when it is delivered by us or by any third party service providers. For more details about delivery charges please do refer to our checkout page.
mepstores.com allows you to return the product within 24Hrs after the delivery. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own cost, with the relevant invoice/delivery note.
Products cannot be returned for following categories:
At present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of delivery.
Promotions and special offers are subject to validity/availability of the product. MEP Stores reserve the rights to discontinue/terminate the Promotional activities without any notice.
Customers can avail the promotional items as first come first serve basis. Promotional orders cannot be confirmed unless it’s approved by mepstores.com.
MEP Stores does not guarantee any offers available in our store that were failed to be removed by the administrator.
All the products we sell covers the standard warranty provided by the manufacturers if applicable. Customers are required to produce the invoice receipt for any warranty claims and they have to approach the designated services center for any warranty claims .
